In an hour-long private session, we will work on any combination of flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, passive stretching, breathing and more !

Cancellation Policy

Prices are for a maximum driving time of 20 min (each way) from Marbella, other location please contact us.                         Mats and props can be provided initially, though for ongoing  clients I would recommend to purchase your own mat. For cancellation contact us 24h in advance to avoid being charged. Please note individual lessons and packages expire 2 months after purchase.
