Private prenatal classes empower mothers-to-be throughout their pregnancy, giving them greater physical ease, improved circulation and digestion, and a resource for calm and restoration. Through the use of props and a wide spectrum of poses adapted for the ever-changing pregnant body,Prenatal Yoga will improve strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
Politique d'annulation
Prices are for a maximum driving time of 20 min (each way) from Marbella, other location please contact us. Mats and props can be provided initially, though for ongoing clients I would recommend to purchase your own mat. For cancellation contact us 24h in advance to avoid being charged. Please note individual lessons and packages expire 2 months after purchase.
